Management Team The executive management of our firm is in the capable hands of our founder and President Mr. Santosh Kanoria and our Managing Partner Mr. Anshuman Kanoria. They are backed up by an able and experienced team who manage all aspects of the trade. We owe our success to the strong commitment and work ethics of our employees. Mr. Santosh Kanoria oversees the technical aspects of the trade and also some international markets such as the USA and Sri Lanka. During his long stint in the international tea trade, he has served as the President of the Tea Association of India, and as a Member of the Tea Board of India. He has also served as a committee member of the Indian Government's Board of Trade, and the All India Orgranisation of Industrial Employers. Santosh has spent over 45 years in tea and is recognised as an accomplished taster and 'tea man'. Mr. Anshuman Kanoria completed his higher education in the United States and Switzerland, and has been in the international tea trade since 1985. As the Managing Partner of Balaji Agro International, he holds charge of international marketing as well as procurement. He has served as Chairman of the Indian Merchant Tea Exporters' Forum from 2002 - 2004. Anshuman carries forward the legacy of the Kanoria group and is responsible for charting out the group's growth vision.
