Products   Queen of Darjeeling  The genuine taste of 100% Darjeeling.   English Breakfast  85% Assam CTC rounded off with 15% Assam orthodox teas. This is a tea with body and gut and great to wake up to or to stay refreshed with through the day.   English Afternoon  A well rounded tea which has less gut than English afternoon, and perfect for anytime enjoyment. This comprises of 85% Assam orthodox and 15% Darjeeling.   Darjeeling Emerald  Darjeeling Emerald: A flavoury green tea from Darjeeling.     Further varieties of teabags are under development and will be added to the range. Private label is also offered. The various packing alternates at present are: 1) Constanta double chamber with or without envelope. 2) Maisa single chamber with or without envelope. 3) Maisa single chamber with envelope, and 25 envelopes heat Sealed in Aluminium or BOPP foil. Cartons can be offered in sizes of 25, 50 or 100 teabags. Packing details: a) The packing is same for constanta and maisa single chamber teabags with envelope and without alumnium foil cover as follows: 25 teabags per carton each 2 grams nett. 96 cartons of 25 teabags per CFC box, nett 4.8 Kgs. 40 CFC per pallet = 3840 cartons per pallet = 192 Kgs nett. 10 pallets per FCL = 38400 cartons = 1920 Kgs per 20' FCL. b) Packing details for MAISA packing: Each teabag with envelope and rows of 25 teabags packed in heat sealed aluminium foil: 25 teabags per carton each 2 grams nett. 80 cartons of 25 teabags per CFC box, nett 4 Kgs. 40 CFC per pallet = 3200 cartons per pallet = 160 Kgs nett. 10 pallets per FCL = 32000 cartons = 1600 Kgs per 20' FCL. c) Packing details for MAISA packing for 100 teabag cartons: Teabags with string and tag but without individual sachets, and each row of 25 teabags heatsealed in BOPP film: 100 teabags per carton each 2 grams nett. 32 cartons of 100 teabags per CFC box, nett 6.4 Kgs. 48 CFC per pallet = 1,536 cartons per pallet = 307.2 Kgs nett. 10 pallets per FCL = 15,360 cartons = 3,072 Kgs per 20' FCL.
